Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) — listed on the NSE (EMBDL) and BSE (532832) — is part of Embassy Group, founded in 1993 by Chairman & Managing Director Jitu Virwani, with residential and commercial real estate across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and beyond. FY26 was a turnaround year: pre-sales of ≈₹4,631 crore (+128% YoY), a record ₹2,632 crore in Q4 bookings, an exit from IBC classification and the ASM framework in May 2026, and the completion and handover of six previously long-pending residential projects across Mumbai, Thane, Gurugram and Visakhapatnam.

    EDL announces a ₹4,500 Cr, three-project MMR expansion — Worli, Juhu and Alibaug.

    EDL exits IBC classification and the ASM framework; resumes normal BSE/NSE trading.

    Leighton Asia appointed as Embassy Citadel's main construction contractor.
